Incorporated Morpheus Dynamics, Inc. (Delaware) and are raising $2M to scale globally, starting with the US market.

The platform integrates via API into exchanges’ and banks’ existing workflows and can be deployed on-premise for government agencies with strict data requirements.

B2B SaaS. Clients pay an annual subscription based on tier and check volume, plus usage-based fees for API screening above the plan limit. Government and enterprise clients can buy on-premise licenses with implementation and support contracts. We also earn from investigation services and analyst training.
